God help you if you need to return an item. I've been waiting 3 weeks for my item to be collected for a refund. They keep giving me dates for pickups but never turn up. Call customer services and they want you to deal with the couriers yourself instead of resolving the issue. I will never buy from Staples again!

Fantastic service Ordered LED TV/Monitor and was delivered in under 20 hours from purchase ,Cashback tracked very quickly and the prices are less than Ebuyer for the same product.

Be aware! transaction tracked quickly however cashback changed to 0.00 Before becoming payable. The transaction is now 0.00 Payable! Have registered a dispute with TCB
