Utter rubbish,
Tracked as it should have initially,
3 weeks later cashback put to £0.00
= no payout.
No codes etc used so nothing to interfere with it,
just dropped to £0.00 for no apparant reason and no explaination.
Very disappointing !

I bought a filing cabinet, all tracked nicely but now shows payable 0.00p. Very disappointed as the 7% cashback made it a good purchase, without it the cabinet was expensive.

BE AWARE! Transaction tracked quickly however cashback changed to 0.00 before becoming payable. The transaction is now 0.00 payable! THIS COMPANY DOES NOT PAY CASHBACK IN MY EXPERIENCE - BE WARNED!

Fast delivery, pointless TopCashBack exercise though. Tracked my transaction of £31 but cashback was zero with no explanation even though 7% paid for online purchases. Very disappointed. Will think twice before purchasing anything more either online or in-shop from Staples.
