Avoid
I clicked through to suntransfers on a new browser with no previous visit history, and purchased in the same session, so no issues with tracking at all. Order ID and purchase value provided, but surprise surprise, cashback was rejected. Don't bother using TCB as you won't get anything back.

no cashback ever!
have used this retailer many times but never earned any cashback from them, complete con with their advert with Topcashback. I have reported this many times but nothing is ever done. However, I continued to use Suntransfers as they offered good value and reliable transfers until 18 months ago when their service declined rapidly. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for another 2 times but they either failed to show (distressing when we thought we would miss our flight home), or were very late causing unneccessary stress at the start or end of the holiday. Will not use again, three messed up transfers consecutively is enough to make me go elsewhere, and still no cash back!!!

I would give less than 1 Star!
Same as other reviewers, do not use Sun Transfers, as they will not honour the cashback.
Why do Top Cashback allow them to operate on the system when they do not pay out - claiming to have no record of the transaction, despite tracking on Topcashback?!
Appalling customer service!

2 years in a row booked via TopCashback and cashback posts at £0.00 for no clear reason.
Claim results in nothing.
Don't promise something if you're not willing or technically able to deliver it.

Declined cashback with nonsense reason and no opportunity to appeal
Avoid if you're using them as the cashback makes them cheaper than a competitor. Waiting 11 months to be told that they are declining cashback (as couldn't determine that I'd come through from TopCashback) and can't appeal.
Cookies and cache were cleared etc etc.
