	No notion of paying cashback Really annoyed that I had to put complaint in to Top Cash Back and they chased retailer up. Retailer payed cash back but not as much as they advertised - £5.40 they underpaid. Don't falsely advertise cashback if you have no notion of paying it out.

	Failed to pay 45% Shopped before with superdrug always paid total percentage including VAT. This time offered 45% didn't track. Raises ticket Superdrug agreed it was payable and all rules followed when come to payout Topcash back agreed to a lower payout. When queried they tried to explain that this was due to VAT . Wrong again as I was still short. Topcash back then claim they topped up to correct amount excluding VAT out of there funds. I am loosing confidence in Topcashback as they change the payout amounts without explanation if it is without VAT it should clearly say so on the Superdrug page. I also feel it should be my decision to accept a lower payout or Topcashback should make up the shortfall.

	No cashback on two occasions I made a purchase over a year ago where the cashback was declined, then when I made another purchase with the black Friday 45% cashback promotion it didn't track at all. I've had to raise it with customer support and it could now be 16 weeks (or more!) before I get the cashback!

	Do not recommend. Doesn't track Not recommended. Whenever it's a higher amount of cashback, it never tracks. 45% cashback never tracked. Still waiting for resolution from the previous time they did a higher amount 3 months ago!

	Forget about cashback 4 orders placed, Superdrug failed to track cashback on each of them. 45% cash back advertised. Returning my orders and will never shop with Superdrug again.

	Not a great payer Often decline without reason or pay a lower rate than advertised. Keep screen prints and challenge!

	Incompetence, ignorance and inconsistence Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Placed order via TopCashBack. Superdrug failed to track orer. Staff in store told me to complain via WhatsApp. Superdrug ignored the complaint raised via WharsApp. Then following a further visit to the store sent email denying any affiliation with TopCashBack. Immoral conduct trying to swerve complaints by deliberately and knowingly wearing people down by faking incompetence. Little wonder people are stressed when their mental health is being attacked with unscrupulous tactics, as demonstrated here by Superdrug.

	Paid out quickly after creating a missing cashback claim Superdrug rarely tracks for me and I often don't bother to claim but after chasing up this order the payout was fast. Still find Superdrug a good online shopping experience and fast delivery. No real complaints.

	Much lower cashback paid than expected They declined the complaint, as due to million possible reasons one of them even being that it could even be the fact that final click was not from Topcashback. Obviously then it would not track at all, many other possible reasons we're incorrect too. Do not rely on their cashback guys.

	Cashback doesn't work Unfortunately the tracking and receiving cashback from Superdrug doesn't work. I have followed the instructions & have gone through TopCashback to make online Superdrug purchases 5-6 times over the last 6 months and it bever worked. Pity.

	Didn't track Despite following all the tracking guidelines, this purchase didn't track and Topcashback had to manually apply the cashback - not an ideal situation.

	Wrong spend amount and percentage of cashback Tracked at £75.00 when I had spent £90 on a single item. I requested click &collect which offered 6.8% cashback. The tracked amount is less than £2. Do the maths!!!

	Does not fulfill cashback I find Superdrug cashback to be slow or declined for some reason, I raise. A claim but nothing ever comes through. I Rarely use them now.

	Cashback did not track Cashback did not track, after a year nothing. Thanks to Topcashback who made a goodwill payment because Superdrug never admitted I had bought from them.
