	Beautiful jewllery bought with money received for special birthday. Excellent customer service, fast delivery. Very trusting company there was not one piece of sellotape on box anyone could have opened it and taken goods out. Bought goods on separate occasions so ths is normal way they send goods. Very gratedul that very honest people dealt with order and delivery as ring and earrings are gorgeous.

	Disgusted. Have been shopping with Swarovski for 24 years and they didn't honour cashback claim I did on 30th Oct. I know how to use this website so am appalled of them wriggling out of paying me £3.60. If they don't amend this I am not shopping with them again. I never used another discount code so they should honour the offer they had then. The fact that when you lodge a missing claim it comes up with the time of your order shows I did it through them. Shame on you Swarovski.
