	Extremely bad. Swarovski mentioned that there is 5.05% cash back when purchasing Sale online but end up they declined all my cashback in June (two purchases) and July (1 purchase) respectively. Have complained to TopCashBack but nobody replied. DISAPPOINTED!!!!

	For some unknown reason cash back was declined- did everything right and initially it tracked then all of a sudden it was declined

	I had previously left a comment to say cashback was not honoured for this provider and showed 0.00 so knew it had tracked however since that time suddenly £5.80 was shown instead and is payable now. Who knows why if I was buying from this retailer anyway then I would try for cashback but it seems hit and miss.

	As with other reviews a waste of time. 4 month wait and no cashback. Eventually declined although no real reasoning provided. Don't think this retailer has any intention of paying

	It was waste of time of trying to get cashback from Swarovski. Bought item and tracked 0. Simply they do not want to pay any cashback. Won't buy any more.

	I clicked through and it did not track, and have pursued with TCB, but Swarovski says it is not due as 'another marketing channel was credited with the sale'. This is simply not the case, I am very careful about clicking through. It seems that they simply don't want to honour the cashback. Very disappointing, I shan't be using this retailer again.

	I clicked through and should have got over 6%, but it seems this merchant does not honour their cashback, my transaction showed on my account as 0.00 which to me shows that they know I bought it via a link from topcashback BUT when TCB queried it they decided not to honour the claim on the suggestion that another site pop up or search engine was used. I have pop up blockers on my machine. Very very disappointed with this company don't use it.

	TCB has no discounts or cash back available but when I clicked through it put an £8 discount coupon into my basket! Brilliant surprise.
