Signed up via TCB 19 Feb 2018 expecting £90 cashback. Did not even track. Despite reporting to TCB still no joy to this date. Now looks like I'm stuck in a contract with no PROMISED rewards.

If I could give them a zero I would, I bought broadband through TCB last MAY, it's not March and I'm STILL waiting to hear back off TalkTalk, (it's been like 10 months!) constantly having to chase up. Ridiculous customer service fro mTalkTalk. TCB have tried all they can to get a response from them but they're not replying at all!

Cashback turned down when I signed up for talktalk tv on existing account - they made a mistake and originally credited it as a new account holder then when they found out it wasn't removed all cashback instead of crediting the correct amount

It's a bit scary waiting so long without hearing back but well worth it! Unlimited broadband + Line rental is very cheap for us at around £13 a month!

My cashback didn't track initially however I submitted a claim and the issue was resolved within a couple of months and the cashback is now in my bank account. Great service.

Waited almost 4 months now and it still hasn't even started tracking. Lodged a claim on numerous occasions. The cashback was the main reason why I signed up to Talk Talk and they have taken far too long.

Absolute con. Waited 9 months after taking out a faster fibre broadband package expecting £90 cashback for it to be declined. Wish I'd have taken out subscription with a different retailer now. Feel like I've been conned. Steer clear of this cashback and look elsewhere!
