i switched both my phone and broadband to talk talk but the cashback tracking is only for switching my phone line.
have contact TC and have opened an enquiry ticket but not sure if i will get the whole amount of cashback due which means i am £15 short!
talk talk are much better for broadband than my previous supplier (Orange) so overall happy with that side of things.

After it initially tracked and was confirmed with a time of about 2-3months till payment I thought great. Since then it has changed to a zero amount just before it was due to be paid, then resubmitted the claim and it is now over a month overdue. Service itself is fine but only go for it if its cheaper without the cashback as it looks like they never pay out!

No problem with the product and service but whilst cashback has been confirmed still waiting for payment. Amount tracked is correct but have noted other comments about lack of payments - we did look at other packages so feel a little disappointed by merchants non payment - maybe I am just impatient

Went live today with Talk Talk so far so good everything went to plan. Broadband speed is a lot faster than virgin though the phione line. However cashback only tracked for the phone so im now £40 down, have put in a claim so keeping my fingers crossed.
Still the cheepest out there for phone and broadband so am still pleased.

AWFUL!!!! Wouldn't touch talk talk with a barge pole. The broadband is slow and i have had my account 8 months and am STILL waiting on my cashback. Topcashback have done nothing to chase this and the false advertising of the cashback is now worrying me. Had i not been offered free connection and £24 cashback i think i would have stayed with BT. Can't wait for my contract to expire to get away from this awful service. WOULD NOT Recommend it to anyone.

Despite taking out a new phone and broadband deal only got cashback for new phone - it's the cheaper of course. Not good for therefore for getting cashback correct. Plus they tried to charge more for the services despite me having a recipt for a lower amount.

AVOID this company. Awful Customer Services. Passed from one department to the next and they put you on hold for ages, which hikes up the cost of the call. Spent weeks without Internet for no reason.

I said I wasn't holding my breath on the amount of cashback, just as well, its now tracking at £4.36 despite my being a new landline and broadband customer. Sigh. However, still can't fault Talk Talk for service.

Cashback tracked quickly, however was supposed to become payable 30/11/10, its now 24/02/11 and still no sign! Sumbitted a query to TCB who admitted they are having problems with cashback from this retailer and will chase it up, however still no payment! I'm not holding my breath waiting for it!

Just signed up to Talk Talk 2 days ago, and so far, a massive thumbs up, cashback has tracked already (at a higher rate than advertised, holding my breath on that one) and Talk Talk have been very prompt at dealing with my landline and broadband transfer, as well as keeping me informed, had both email and phonecall from them. No complaints so far, watch this space!
