Cashback was declined as they claimed Topcashback was not the referrer despite the TCB logo showing during sign up! I therefore cancelled my talktalk contract within the cooling off period so they lost a customer.

I am very disappointing with both TopCashback and Talk Talk, as the main reason I signed up with Talk Talk for my WiFi was the great Cashback that they offered Offered. I followed all the steps through TopCashback and was then decline the £85.00 Cashback due and I have had no explanation as too why. I also reported and sent a query through Customer Service and was unable to resolve this. I would strongly caution anyone who tries to get Cashback through Talk Talk.

No cashback, talk talk says topcash were not last refferal site,i didnt use any one else and I ordered through top cash. Roll on 17 months time I can switch to a company that will honour their promises
