I am over all happy with talkmobile the only downside there was one weekend when Vodafone had network issues and talkmobile customer service team was trying to blame the SIM.
On a note about the cash back I signed p for a £12 24 month contract which too a month to track (see below) I thought I would not see the cash back this side of Christmas as the deference between placing an order and it becoming tracked to my surprise when this week it showed the correct amount being payable.
would I recommend talkmobile yes I would unless you want a BlackBerry as their BB contracts are rubbish

I do not understand how Talk Mobile has a license to operate. I would do without a mobile phone first.

Placed order online and had no issues with tracking. Was phoned up the next day by Talk mobile and asked for a deposit of £100. Phoned several times over the next 14 days to ask where my phone was but nobody wanted to take ownership of the problem (presumably they fall over themselves if its a sale). Turns out that for some reason they sent the phone to the wrong address, and even though they admitted fault would not return my deposit. One month later and two weeks after cancelling the contract and been promised my refund within 8 days, you guessed it still no sign of it. I am intending to take the issue up with Trading Standards as this outfit is absolutely shambolic and should not be trading. Definitely one to avoid.

Also cannot understand how the retailer is rated with 3 stars. I make the average 2 stars of all those giving feedback

Ordered 16th April for 24m contract. Cashback tracked quickly but has now been 4 months and still received nothing. Contacted TCB and said they chase it but advised to cancel the contract if not happy. It's a CON and I am thinking of reporting to Trading Standards

Talkmobile appear to have ripped me off....I should have received £45.42 cashback for signing up to a £12 monthly contract. Instead they have tracked £5.00 which was for a handset purchase. Despite reporting this to topcashback my account still shows £5.00. Disappointed!!

Purchased 24 month £30 pm contract on the Sat. Received confirmation email with order number. Was fobbed off all week by Talk Mobile about the status of my order. Finally on the Thursday the guy from Talk Mobile admits we can't find your order. (potential £101 cashback) With my now lack of confidence in Talk Mobile I order the same contract through OneStopPhoneShop (who are actually owned by Talk Mobile/CPW) accepted and handset sent out same day (£40 cashback) Me thinks the great Talk Mobile rip off. If you can't honour it then don't advertise it. Topcashback don't really care.

cashback took a few weeks to appear but once it did it was as stated on the contract. The phone and service are excellent, network coverage is just vodafone but half the price! Have to question why anyone would want to use vodafone again?!

No way..Worst services ever, order sim then cannot active it but when call CS they needed the phone number which I don't have if the sim keeps failed on the sim register. So ask for replacment sim same issue. Also the waiting time for CS is about 15mins on 0844 number, I'm guessing this is where they make they money. I'm guess it would be fine if you don't need to call CS ever. And also they CS support to base in UK, so they finish at 7pm at weekday and 6pm on Sat and 4pm on Sunday so if you working and have some issue then you kind off stuck.

Absolutely awful experience. Ordered the 30 day rolling contract. SIM never arrived. Checked on tracking and it said 'Addressee refused to sign'. Rung them up, and it turned out they had tried to deliver it to a completely random address. Talk mobile blamed the courier, courier blamed talk mobile. After 2 hours on phone between the two, it transpired the the SIM was languishing in a distribution centre in Loughborough. "Drive to loughborough and pick it up" was the suggestion (an 80 mile round trip). In the meantime my old number had ported onto the AWOL Sim. Had to go to Carphone warehouse store in Louth, buy a pay as you go sim, then get manager to port all the details onto this. After 2 months of never having any sort of paperwork or statement (also it didn't track, so no cashback, even after submitting a query) I rung up to cancel. It turns out they've been sending statements to the wrong address. Surely the companies check your home address with your bank details? Absolute farce of a company, and not woth the hassle for the few quid you'll save. Avoid at any cost.

Same here. Cashback did not track so have submitted a claim. Disappointing really as this was the offer that finally convinced me to join this Casback site. Hopefully Topcashback will sort it. Will update if they do.

Hi
I had a similar problem with non tracking - but topcashback have managed to get it sorted from talkmobile within days - at least now it is showing up on my account- whether it gets paid is another matter - will keep you updated - but thanks topcashback for making the effort - I would recommend a nudge ten days after your claim is off ice

Rubbish. I couldn't order. And I'm not the only one experiencing this issue. They need to pull their heads out of their butts and work on their website. They blamed the fact I couldn't order on TopCashBack, which I can say with 95% certainty is not the case. It was just a gobby woman with a "I work here and there's nothing wrong with the website" attitude.
Never again. I went for Phones4U instead and their Galaxy S2 deal. :) Don't bother with this retailer. They're called Talkmobile, but they only talk crap.

Tried all weekend to purchase Mobile Contract via their website (linked from here, of course) and failed at the very last hurdle - where they check your card. Tried with different accounts and both bank and credit cards - same result.
0870 number useless (as another post says you need a mobile number) - help pages give 0800 number that connects to CPW where the staff try but aren't much use.
Eventually had to give up and buy the 'web exclusive' offer via the 'phone (but that's another story!).
Lost out on £40+ cashback..... I suspect their site knew we had a cashback referral.???
NB Even tried via another cashback site - with the same issue.

After 5 attempts at getting the TalkMobile site to accept an order, I had to give up. It kept telling me my address/postcode was incorrect, but I know where I live!!! When I phoned the order helpline, I couldn't get through because the phone system wanted me to give it the number of the mobile I was phoning about!!. Whoever designed the website and phone system needs firing!!
