	Items sent out to me are not all they seem I have experienced about 30% of my goods being cheap and not what I expected. I have finished telling them that the item is not as described and that I would like my money back or credited. In most cases they have done this but only if you show them pictures. Some items are ok and the timing is within what they say always. They could improve I feel in areas such as descriptions laid out in more detail. Also have to watch out for the cost of the item going but also going down in price as I have found out daily

	Declines cashback because I used credit Cashback is declined if you use your Temu credit to pay for the order. I also lost my £2.00 Topcashback bonus due to this being declined. Not happy.

	TEMU - Poor Cashback is never tracked. A ticket with customer service needs to be opened for every purchase. It takes months for Temu to answer, and the cashback is then declined.

	Temu has to be removed them from your site Why does topcashback let companies like Temu on their website, they constantly decline my genuine transactions. It never ever tracks in the first place either. Come on topcashback its about time you removed them from your site

	Not happy I have had cashback a couple of times and that was it !! Don't seem to get it anymore so not happy .Don't want to keep on reporting it and having to wait such a pain

	Not easy to obtain cashback. Most purchases from this retailer are untracked resulting in a claim having to be made. I have had more problems obtaining cashback with this retailer than any other. Generous cashback when received.

	In my experience worst company for TCB None of my several Temu orders tracked automatically and they reject all claims. Waste of time having them as a TCB partner.

	ALWAYS DECLINE! Fed up with this retailer. Temu should NOT be allowed to advertise cashback, when they always refuse to pay. You open a ticked with TCB, wait months, then Temu simply decline saying "Did not meet terms set by retailer"

	Surprised After reading reviews, I didn’t hold a out any hope of my temu cashback ever paying out, but to my surprise it did. The cashback amount was good. It did take a few months to pay out and one of them did decline for no reason, but two did pay out, so I’ve given 4* based on this.

	1 star to much Temu is doing everything to not pay the cashback. I have had 20 opens claims with Temu and none are paying out as l did not meet the terms and conditions. Well having checked the terms and conditions l could not find anything that said l did not meet them and as result l am at a loss. Also having gone threw the 150 reviews 111 say about not paying out having to make claims. Alarm bells should be ringing at this stage. Use with a caution

	Would give no stars if possible Made my first purchase from Temu through Top Cashback but cashback didn’t show. I put in a claim but have now been advised that the claim has been declined as they can’t show that my purchase was made as coming from Top Cashback. On reading other reviews I can see that Temu hardly appear to pay out. If this is the case then they shouldn’t be on here. I’ll continue to shop with Shein who have similar goods and have always paid my cashback.

	Never pays out! Temu has never appeared after shopping and I have had to submit a claim. However, despite many claims, all have been dismissed after several months. TopCashback should discontinue to offer cashback to this merchant as it's misleading.
