Placed online order, got email acknowledgement, money left paypal account. 6 days later I phone to find out why nothing has been delivered. Get told payment was refused and they don't contact the customer when that happens. I give them the paypal reference and they decide they have been paid but don't offer to ship the order just refund the money with hardly an appology. No curtains, borrowed my money for a week, no getting back the hours of my life and no cashback.

I had no problems with this retailer. The curtains I ordered were as described and were at the lowest price I could find for the brand I wanted. Delivery was fast. Cash back tracked within a few hours and became payable about five weeks after delivery.

I orderd curtains at 12.30 Wednesday, tracked by 13.30 and delivered 11.30 Thursday. Can't complain about service like that. Hoping the cashback pays out as others seem to have had problems but the curtains are the perfect match for my room and the communication from Terrys was excellent throughout the process. Recommended.

Ordered and paid for curtains that cost over £100 in November. Still waiting for cashback to be lodged, despite lots of nudges. Only bought from Terry's fabrics via top cashback because it should have worked out cheaper than buying elsewhere - only sadly it worked out quite a lot more expensive :-( Great product but rubbish cashback experience !!!

Bought black-out linings. Excellent product and far cheaper than I'd seen anywhere else. Delivered within a couple of days of order. I was so impressed that I bought more! Both transactions tracked promptly and became payable quickly.
