Ordered and paid for curtains that cost over £100 in November. Still waiting for cashback to be lodged, despite lots of nudges. Only bought from Terry's fabrics via top cashback because it should have worked out cheaper than buying elsewhere - only sadly it worked out quite a lot more expensive :-( Great product but rubbish cashback experience !!!

Bought black-out linings. Excellent product and far cheaper than I'd seen anywhere else. Delivered within a couple of days of order. I was so impressed that I bought more! Both transactions tracked promptly and became payable quickly.

Tracked immediately, but as soon as it became payable, went to a big fat zero. No comment from Terry's, no explanation. A year and a half, and Topcashback are still waiting for a reply from them.
