Awful :( They have NO email contact and fail to take notice of phone conversations. Renewed policy and debited my credit card after I expressly made clar I did not wish to renew. BAD!

5 months to pay cashback, have been charged 15% more only because i was not born in the uk... learnt to drive and passed test in the uk, never hold license in any other country... disgraceful!!
