	Cashback tracked fine, item fine, went to payable and was then declined. SO now I suppose I will have to wait months to see why they have declined it.

	Please note that the cashback for Tesco Direct is on the amount excluding VAT. So, for example, this means one of the reported 3.03% rates is effectively 2.5% cashback if you were to compare to an equivalent cashback on a inclusive VAT basis.

	My cashback has been logged £40 lower than expected (that is the price of the item) Topcashback have said this is probably ex-vat and that they may have warned about this which I can't see. Anyway, they tcb say to report this for other cashback users. So, you may receive lower cashback than expected as I did because they remove the VAT from their calculations. If only I could get my VAT back also....

	My first time using Tesco Direct for Cashback has been a nightmare. At first the claim didn't track so TCB customer services helped me make a claim, which they submitted to Tesco. Almost a year later and loads of running around and Tesco have declined my cashback. They had the date of purchase, order number and cost of the item (which they now don't stock)and TCB have been chasing them regularly and updating me. It might be a one off but I am not happy with the way Tesco have handled this or the outcome especially as they did not give TCB a direct reason for the refusal. They did offer a great product at a great price but this does not excuse the situation unfortunately.
