	No Rewards for regular customers! Struggle to get cashback from Tesco, not just in the grocery end. If you’re a regular customer the 85p cashback offer for minimum spend of £140 not worth the effort.

	Cashback never appears My weekly shop is always done through Top Cashback and I always meet the minimum required amount. Have never seen the cashback from Tesco.

	Excellent and always a friendly I have been using Tesco groceries online for years and a godsend through covid! Always had a brilliant service, drivers are always so friendly and accommodating.

	Didn’t work 3 times I have not received cash back after spending over £70 on each transaction. Doesn’t work

	Always Declined I book a delivery slot as many weeks as I can in advance to secure my slot. To secure that slot, I put multiple bottles of gin in my basket. Then, the day before my shopping is due I do a full shop for what is needed to make meals the following week and add stuff we have run out of. I spend a MINIMUM of £200 a week. Often higher than this. I recently submitted 17 queries to TopCashback Customer Service. Everyone of them has been rejected. Their terms state you cannot amend or add to your shopping. This is simply ridiculous, as you'd never get a delivery time when you need it if you had to complete ALL of your shopping in one go and not make any amends. I'd accept the £1 for spending the amount I do each week, which is quite poor really. But for it to be declined, is rather insulting.

	Min purchase Have to agree with everyone with everyone struggling making it a minimum purchase of £140 for a small cashback is ridiculous and then to be declined when you can actually spend that. Should be between £50-£100 and if need be lower cashback so works out same but more chances of getting cashback regular. Always new customers getting rewarded everywhere and no loyalty to regular existing customers unfortunately

	Poor offering £140 min spend threshold for 85p cashback is ridiculous, and given they can always miss stuff off your order even if you go over the total might still be under and you lose out. Please change it to a fixed percent with £50 threshold.

	Tesco never payout Tesco never payout, they come up with an excuse and dont pay out what is due. No point using Tesco via top cashback so i wont be shopping with Tesco any longer.

	10 months! I have a Tesco claim which is still pending after 10 months and another has been paid in reasonable time. Mostly it's quite a miserable reward for people like me, in a one person household. Existing customers have to spend a minimum of £140 to get £1.

	Not good They are not good at giving cash back. They will give you it once then not no more now they have put up to a £140 before you get any and they still don’t pay out

	Did not track. Spent £71.48 but did not track (order exceeded minimum spend for home delivery). Was sent yellowing brocolli and split soft red peppers on home delivery - sent in brown paper bags so impossible to see until driver had left.
