The driver arrived on time, was cheerful and very helpful, bringing my shopping through to the kitchen. The items were almost exactly what I asked for with the exception of one or two items not available. The substitutes were appropriate and acceptable. My only slight criticism would be the cost of the delivery which I think is rather high even fir the flexi slot. Could this be reduced for the more loyal customers?
