Have only used twice so far but cannot fault service anywhere. Will definitely be using again when wanting a large delivery. To days delivery was a £150 shopping without any mistakes anywhere. Highly recommended with very pleasant delivery persons.

Cashback tracked, got cashback but it took ages about 7 weeks, purchase 05 Dec 2018 cashback got payed on 26 jan 2019 but was a straight forward transaction unlike some that never track. only 4 stars coz of the lengh of time to wait for it to be paid

Seems silly that this is only for new customers - rather than being an offer that encourages repeat custom. Do unfortunately, I will be giving the overall cash back experience a 1 because I will not receive any.
