Didn't track. When raised a ticket, Tesco denied the claim and said the contract was cancelled. Complete sham, don't trust them!

3 phones ordered, no cashback tracked. Put in claim, Tesco turned all three down with no valid reason other than they don't want to pay. Order at own risk.

Declined a genuine cashback. Resubmitted with the help of Topcashback customer service team, but again declined by Tesco. No possibilities of getting the cashback as they just declined. I do not recommend.

Same here, tried to order SIM only 3 times and got declined on 3 different cards. Rang Tesco Mobile to say they have no problem, must be my banks. When I rang bank, they said they took £1 from my card.

No cashback - absoluely useless. if you try and buy a SIM-only contract, they decline your card even though the card works fine. Haven't checked whether I've been charged £1 for each time I tried it, but if this is the case, I will be following that up with Tesco!

don't buy!!! BEWARE!! I tired to purchase their sim only deal , would not authorize online " saying card issuer did not authorize" i tried at least 10 times as i thought i was doing some thing wrong , as i could make other purchases, called my bank only to find out that they have charged me £1 every time i tried to make the purchase , thats £10 , tesco mobile denies they ever took it while my bank says the money has gone out and i can see it on my new statement,
USE THEM AT YOUR OWN PERIL!!!
