Immediately was given a zero entry then nothing. Raised a claim with TopCashback and after several months Tesco Mobile said it was a duplicate or cancelled transaction. I proved that it wasn’t and finally got the cashback but the whole thing took over 6 months

I have received no cashback when I should have although now I can't remember what it should have been (went through this sight in both March and April). I have one that says payed but the figure is £0 and another that still says pending. I am very disappointed as the deal was a very good one which is part of the reason I went with it.

Dreadful. They clearly advertised a cashback payout of £30, however to date I have only received £4.69. I have submitted a missing cashback claim (in Dec 17) but to date despite several nudges to customer services this is still unresolved. I would be highly sceptical about any cashback assurances from Tesco mobile in the future.
