Never received 4.50 back for Bodyshop Card. Was going to submit a claim, but read that payment should be received in March, so waited. Now too late to submit Manual Claim as transaction over 100 days old.

Tracks well, but terrible service on delivery... you'll be waiting 2 weeks to get anything delivered if you order from them. Quicker just to go instore.

I am always delighted with The Body Shop's products and services. Especially their call centre's service is second to none.
TCB is also a great website, teamed up with brilliant staff who are very helpful when problems occur. According to my own experience of a missed cashback claim, I just can't praise higher enough for their efficient work.

£6.07 cash back on £40.50 spend, paid for and added on 25/01/2010, took approx 58 days for Body Shop to confirm before £6.07 added to total. Still awaiting additional cashback. However:- Great Bargains in sale and Very fast goods delivery.
But Body Shop could speed up process abit. I think!
