Was very pleased with my purchase and speed of cashback tracking but now they have declined to pay it and it is confirmed as £0.00. I have kept the order, it is paid for in full and I have left them excellent feedback on their site. If my cashback claim does not bare fruit I will NOT be shopping with them again.

I love Body Shop. I love to shop BS stuff online because I always find a very nice discount plus the cashback and free delivery. Once I tried to return something at a shop and they made me wait a bit long but I got my money back.
I will definitely shop again BS online!
