Will never again shop with The Body Shop online via TCB or any other site as they fail to pay out on their cashback. They are happy enough to accept the orders but are unwilling to pay out the cashback.
Order received okay and in good time for xmas.
Buyer beware!

Really excellent experience, both Body Shop and Topcashback website very easy to navigate, confirmation email instant. Got some great sale bargains and the 20% off plus free p+p from Topcashback along with the cashback percentage was really great. Goods received within 3 days, was so pleased I went back and ordered more! Highly recommend.

I am very impressed with the Body Shop. I placed two orders just before Christmas, on the 19th and on the 21st, expecting to receive them sometimes between Christmas and New Year, and they were both delivered on the 23rd. The goods were as described and carefully packaged and of good quality.

Good discounts offered on the retailers website for online purchases makes this a better option than buying from the store, then with cashback makes it even better.
Delivery slow, but that was due to adverse weather conditions, otherwise everything was fine.
