Like a previous comment-my cashback tracked fine initially then suddenly changed to zero.I had not used any voucher codes so really don't understand why this happened.Buyer beware!

I have used Body shop online a few times now and have always found them very reliable. The order usually arrives within a couple of days, well packed. The rate of cashback is also an added bonus now! I will definitely continue to use them as I love their products and they also make lovely gifts.
