i have not yet recieved the product as it can take 5-7 days to be delivered.
however their is no postage fees which is great so i dont mind waiting.
therefore i am unable to rate the quality of the product at this time.
i have not dealt with their customer service verbally but online i could not fault the service.

only gripe is that the £6 bottle of shower gel purchased online can be bought for £3 in store which is not part of a special offer - disappointed in such a high mark up for the same product

Am a new user to the TopCashback website and love it thus far. So no complaints from me. All the merchants I would normally buy offer cashback, makes buying online a more cheerful experience more so with Christmas almost round the corner.

Bought early last week and delivery was Friday morning. Used discount 10% luvyourbody card, and 30% discount code on already heavily discounted items from sale. Tracked after goods arrived. Always wonderful toiletries and TopCashBack cash back eagerly awaited.

As always, excellent shopping at the bodyshop.co.uk with many many bargains to be had! was able to use discount code as well as receiving a free gift and free P and P. There are some fab offers available online with Body Shop. Tied in with Top Cashback, you just can't go wrong! You are able to save so much more online than instore and the service is outstanding. The only possible negative if I had to say is that sometimes very popular items are not in stock. Thoroughly recommended!

Cashback reduced from £2 something £0 for no apparent reason. I did not return my order or anything like that. I was loyal customer of this company. I am certainly never using them again if they are willing to lose decent customers for the sake of 2 quid. What a disgrace.
