I buy regularly from Body Shop when there is a good cashback available, and in my experience this merchant is 100% reliable and prompt with the cashback. Usually delivery to your door for free too!!! An excellent example to other retainers!!!

HI There, this is the first time i have used the body shop, it was only really because of the amazing 24% cashback. Bought 2 items for over £15, got £5 off and then got my 24% cash back also. Items arrived in 3 days and are excellent. Will use again. Great service. Oh and my cashback has already traced and im expecting a payout so great news.

I made the mistake of ordering incorrectly as i wasn't sure how to order in the buy one get one free offer, subsequently i ended up paying an extra £5 for the free product for postage so it ended up exprensive the products are very good tho and I have used them for years, but this is the first time of buying them online

Lured by cashback of 24%, I placed an order for £40, and having spent more than £28 I was able to choose a free gift.
The order arrived very quickly, but the free gift was missing as it was out of stock, no substitute was sent. I contacted Body Shop through their website, but after a week and no reply, I phoned them. At this point they could not have been more helpful: I was able to choose an alternative, and it arrived the next day.
Cash back tracked quickly and accurately, and hopefully will not take too long to be paid.

The only negative comment would be that there was too much packaging used. I ordered 6 identical items and each was separately boxed then sent in an outer box. They could have been wrapped in paper or recyclable plastic instead

Excellent service always with Body Shop and good offers, fantastic products, I buy regularly. Cashback tracks quickly every time, but have noticed recently taking longer than expected to pay out, have payments estimated payable end April still not paid and nor have the end of May ones, I know TCB chase these up and am sure its just a blip, but longer time to pay out in recent months. Overall service and products are first class though.
