I ordered my products on the 20th September and still have not received my cashback. Initially it was pending then tracked at zero. I had to raise a cashback enquiry with top cashback and the amount is back in pending now. When checking my dates it says payable on the 31st December. Very poor.

I have had one cashback not track which I then submitted a claim for, then the next purchase did track only to go to £0! So another claim goes in. Not very good experience, I like Body Shop products though they are pricey the cashback helps, but not if they don't want to pay out!

Two lots of cashback tracked at £0, even though I spent over £125! Have to submit claim which is very annoying, plus the website kept crashing and they are slow to respond to emails. The shower gels they sent me spilt all over the other products in the jiffy bag. Disappointing.

This is the best for cashback that I have found. You can buy everything at sale price (except premade gift sets) and use other discount codes. Last time I used a £10 of £25 spend only bought buy 1 get 1 free and also got free delivery. Total spend £22 for over £60's worth of goods and cash back nearly a £5. This is about the 6th time i've used the site, (christmas well and truely sorted. No proplems with tracking. Excellent.
