I used to think the Body Shop was expensive, but there are so many special offers available to try new products. Everything I have had I have been pleased with, great make up and I love the glitter that comes along at Christmas.

I spent over £120 at The Body Shop, then my cashback mysteriously disappeared so I chased it up. They agreed to pay, so I closed the claim, then the amount payable became £0! I then re-opened the claim and they now say they cannot pay as a claim was already made. Very dishonest-don't say you'll pay cashback if you're not going to Body Shop! I wonder if the other reviewers ever actually received their cashback or whether it just went through the initial tracking stages...well The Body Shop have just lost me as a customer. Very disappointing behaviour.

Bodyshop toilettries are top notch, offer great discounts or multibuys,delivered when expected. However cashback although generous took from 23/07/2011 until 01/11/2011.Precisely 32 days later than expected payment date.

I bought something while the 24% offer was on, and a few days later it tracked at £0. I sent a claim and a couple of weeks later it's 'pending' again. Only time will tell whether it becomes properly payable again or not.
