My purchases were not tracked by Body Shop and I'm still waiting for a response to complaint made to Topcash. Very disappointed as I do love their products.

Tracked very fast but like many others its taking more than a month to be paid, who knows when...why do these companies drag their heels..it's all electronic right!
Anyway it irks me to be kept waiting.
16% isnt to be sniffed at tho, especially in conjunction with voucher codes a plenty.
Goes to show there's high margins in lanolin and petals!

Cashback takes forever to become payable, these guys are slow. When I requested a gift tag they put in a really tacky bodyshop tag so that was disappointing, yeah I know it's free but the gift wrapping isn'nt worth paying for when you're already paying so much for the product.

Body shop products are of a very high standard. I have used their body butter as I suffer from itchy dry skin. Their product do provide relief and I would thoroughly reccomend them to people suffering from dry skin. After cash back their products are not so pricey!
