Every time I use the voucher plus cashback option, the cashback does not register and I have to submit a claim. Still waiting for the last one after several weeks. Very reluctant to use again

I love The Body Shop and I buy from them often. For the last three months the cashback hasn't tracked at all. I've had to make a claim everytime.

Only giving this 1 start as you can't give 0. I've ordered several times and each one has been a problem with the cashback. Still waiting to hear about orders made in December. On the positive side the orders did get delivered which was the main thing.

Was offered 100% cashback on a body butter when I joined. So far I have had 0% cashback and doesn't look like i'm getting much more either. Not a happy customer

They took almost 2 months for my cashback to arrive, My whole order did not arrive and My emails were ignored by there customer service. I would not buy online from the bodyshop again

Tried to purchase goods from TheBodyShop.com through TopCashBack but the site won't allow me to 'view my basket' or even 'check out'. Have had to call The BodyShop Customer Services, which has taken me over an hour to get through to talk to anyone. Now they'll take my order over the phone and I won't qualify for cashback....

IS IT JUST ME?? Cashback was tracked immediately on previous transaction. But not recently, I thought it was just a one off. But it did happen twice in a space of 2 months, not a happy customer :(

I have bought in the past and transaction has tracked/paid cashback but I made another purchase in June when they had a sale and cashback deal. This didn't track and I've now submitted a claim. Don't rely on the cashback!

The Body Shop purchases are great, plus I always use the discount codes, so I get extra discounts. I have bought items with the Body Shop 4 times though TCB and each time the claim does not track, and after lodging a manual claim it takes around 4-6 months to be paid. I have only received payments for December 2012 and Jan 2013!

Always consistent cashback. The current offer of an extra 40% off all items (including sale goods)- PLUS 15.75% cashback - free P&P - not to be missed!

Body shop products may be good quality l have no problems with that though they did get my order wrong but a phone call soon sorted that out. But please as a business do not offer a good rate of cashback if you dont deliver l ordered some products via top cashback in feb l still do not have my money yet. topcash are still trying to trace it for me. Waste of time l will not use website for any body shop products to much messing around prefer to go in a store instead.
