The body shop website is very poor. Offers advertised on the site often do not show on the order page. The site has crashed during check out and taken my order without a confirmation page showing. The goods are of good quality and cash back tracks reliably, but I lose patience with the inefficient website.

There seem to be a lot of promotions going on at the same time but you are only allowed one promotion. Also, quite a lot of promotion codes came up as invalid even when they were being advertised on the Home page!
Theres no issue with the quality and items arrived well packaged.
