Terrible. It never tracks. I've tried my iPad and phone to get the 10% but neither works. When it has tracked it tracked wrong. I'm having to do a claim every time. Tedious. No problems generally with other retailers

Reliable cash back. The body shop do seem to like inflating their prices and then giving deep discounts. Some people love the thrill of it. I find it annoying, but I put up with playing their game and am happy to get the money off.

Dreadful. I never get any Cashback from them now. I did in the beginning but not now. I always go through TC and they state that "my visit has been recorded" but nothing. I buy a lot from the Body Shop and this is annoying. I cannot keep making a claim.
