Terrible customer service was on hold for over 17 minutes and still no one answered the phone. There was an automated voice saying deliveries are delayed between 5 and 7 working days, my delivery is over this time frame and Yodel are saying that they do not have item as it has not been delivered to them. Not helpful at all.
