Just like so many other reviews Cashback process remarkably slow and now 10 months later it has been rejected even though I followed all the T&C's in ordering policy. I won't be renewing my policy with them; afterall if they can't keep a promise on a small amount of cashback i have no confidence in them if i had to make a vet bill claim. Avoid!

Terrible payment speed. Took out my policy in January with a cashback of £42. I had to follow this up in July and after another 4 weeks it came back as £36.75 and pending. Nearly September and still pending. Won't be dealing with co-op and has effected my faith in Topcashback too.

Insurance taken out and paid in full in Jun 15, cashback not paid until 10 months afterwards and only after I chased it. The worst company for paying cashback that I have experienced on this site.
