Always had no problems with The Works, but the last one has been declined. They put the cashback up to 20% so I earned £32, they mustn't have been happy about that. No codes used

Clicked directly from TopCashBack.co.uk onto TheWorks.co.uk, purchased a few items, paid immediately and awaited my cashback.... to no avail. Like a few other merchants recently, The Works seem to be pleading ignorance and not paying the cashback over!!!
