A brilliant company for beginners or starters to get value or real quality items at great prices. At Christmas, they supplied me with great value adult books, books for teeenagers, ready stretched canvases of different sizes, water paints in large containers - of many colours, pastel paints, artists quality pads and acrylic paints. All were delivered quickly and in great condition.

Awful customer service, they over charged me for an order, then lied to me on the phone about doing so then after a second phone call only refunded me part of the money they owed. The customer help line is designed to stop people being able to complain only being open Monday to Friday: 10:00 - 16:00. Their social media teams took over 5 days to respond and just brushed me off saying it had already been dealt with when it wasn't.

I have always been pleased with all my deliveries, my only moan is the fact that you have books one time and if I think 'I'll get them next time' only to find they are not available. Deliveries come on time.
