I booked 3 tickets to a West End play- the transaction went through and the money was debited from my bank account. Shortly after, I received an email (not even addressed to me, but to "customer") saying the tickets were cancelled. It seemed like a standard template email, "dear customer.. nothing we could do.. sorry for inconvenience.. etc.). The company made no effort to fix the error - they did not offer alternative tickets for that show on a different night or tickets to another show. Essentially, they did not care enough to do anything about it. Also, it took 4 days to refund the money - I think its a disgrace that they can take money off someone in a split second, yet they expect you to wait 4 days to get your money back, even when they messed up. I emailed to query what had happened and after the first person ignored my emails, I tried again. Eventually, I was emailing the Managing Director (I gather that its a small company) - he was less than helpful and unapologetic - he just rehashed the same standard responses ("sorry for inconvenience.. a system error... nothing we could do, etc..). He also began by saying the money had NOT been taken from my account when it quite clearly had been. All in all, a very unpleasant experience. They took my money for four days, cancelled my tickets and didnt offer any sort of meaningful apology. My advice to others would most certainly be DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Any posts on Facebook etc are deleted immediately so I wouldn't be surprised if they deleted them from review pages either meaning customers aren't getting a full idea of what the company are actually like.
