Cashback didn't track then they rejected my missing cashback claim saying my order number was invalid. The same order number which was on the invoice showing they had received my booking and taken my money. Not impressed.

Absolute tosh. Submitted missing claim with all details confirmed more than once. They did nothing and then said it was "too late". Wow how easy is that. I wonder what my customers would say if they made a request, i did nothing and then told them "Sorry mate....too late".

I am still waiting for my cashback from February 2015!! paid £2700 for holiday expecting £111 C/B. We are now in August 2016. Rapidly losing patience with TCB and failure to pay out on large expensive transactions!!

Booked WDW Florida - hotel and flights package was c£6k and then park tickets and dinning was added by the online team at the same time taking total spend to £7,500 - pay oput was only calculated on the lower amount and didnt include the tickets which is misleading. Tracked straight away and paid out very quickly which was great as we dont travel until 2017. Would use again but beware that 'extras' dont appear to be covered
