Booked our holiday beginning of November, starting chasing tracking 7 days after. Still not even tracked despite number of follow up & it's now end of May. Know they won't pay out until holiday taken but not even to track it is extremely disappointing

Excellent Cashback, tracked within hours and payable within 7 working days, highly recommended for Cashback and also the Thomas Cook website is excellent and I found Thomas Cook to be the most competetively priced by a distance for the holiday I booked! Cheers to TCB and Thomas Cook!

Don't usually leave many reviews, but, this is the second review i am leaving. Booked about a year ago and paid out in 2 weeks. Just booked again, deposit only and it's paid out in 8 Days. Fantastic. Shame a lot of other merchants don't pay out as quick.

Easy website to view holidays and book. I like that they give months overview so you can pick cheapest date to holiday. Always pays cash back really quickly and I have used them twice now . No hesitation in recommending this site.

Still owed nearly £30 from Thomas Cook from over 16 months ago for a hotel booking, constant emails between topcashback support and Thomas Cook in that time period to no avail, and no reason given for not paying out, very poor.

Booked a hotel via Thomas Cook website. Transaction wasn't tracked, so I have raised a claim. After nearly a year Thomas Cook declined my claim without any reason at all. I wouldn't recommend to use this merchant for hotel bookings only!

I will never book with Thomas Cook again! The only reason I booked with them is because Thomson stopped selling Cuba. Thomas Cook have been a NIGHTMARE from the start of the booking.
Nothing runs smoothly with them, everything is difficult. I gave them a very big booking for a party of us going to Cuba for 14 nights and ensured that I used Top Cashback so I would get a nice bit of cashback over £300 to be specific.
Thomas Cook will not pay out and I am taking this further!

Hi, booked holiday in September with Thomas Cook through TCB for £2297.98 for Goa in January expecting to get £80.43 cash back after numerous nudges to date nothing has transpired, even tried contacting Thomas Cook, they didn't want to know!!

Reference my post 26 Feb 14, after a lot of nudges and correspondence TCB reported that Thomas Cook have declined my cashback and NO reason for refusal given. I then wrote direct to Thomas Cook customer relations and got the reply back that the topcashback site I used to book the holiday has nothing to do with Thomas Cook ! As a quick reminder I spent over £5000 on a holiday and was due around £216 cashback, reading the reviews it appears that Thomas Cook or TCB do not pay half the due cashbacks.
TCB have you any comment to make !!!!!!

Very poor. At time of booking a special 3.5% cashback (worth £111.96 on my £3199 booking) was in place. I received £83 fairly quickly but a year on I'm now told I'm not eligible for the remainder. No explanation given as to why.
I see there's a special 3.67% rate available on Thomas Cook package holiday bookings at the moment. Be interesting to see if anybody actually gets it!

Indisputable cashback claim was rejected. Not impressed. I was very careful to do everything correctly and still haven't received any cashback and apparently have no further right to pursue.

Thought it was too good to be true and it was. A year later and I've been told my transaction can't be traced despite offering all of the related correspondence. Highly frustrating as I could have got the holiday cheaper elsewhere but thought I'd stick with TCB. Shame.

We like to book though Thomas Cook about 8 weeks before going away and in my experience they tend to pay out about 50% of the time. Last year a claim was submitted Sept/Oct 2013 & in July 2014 finally got response, after several nudges, that they weren't paying giving a reason of “This transaction has been tracked successfully previously”. Now if they are saying they have already paid out on my claim the money certainly didn't come to me! Like all cash back amounts do not rely on getting it as part of the saving made on your purchase, just see it as a bit of a bonus.

Lodged claim against non payment of cashback in July last year and only just been told almost a year later that the merchant has taken the decision to decline this submission despite confirming that the transaction had been tracked successfully. Still waiting for clarification as to why it has been declined but don't hold much hope.

I am waiting for 2 cashback values from Thomas Cook. 1 relates to a holiday booked last year and taken in March 2014. Not even tracked and keep pushing TCB to chase it. I booked another holiday in May 2014 and the same problem, not tracked and have had to raise another ticket straight away. Not at all impressed with Thomas Cook or TCB on this one I'm afraid.

Useless. It has been almost a year since I booked with Thomas Cook and STILL haven't received my cash back. My purchase of almost £1000 never tracked, and I only booked with TC due to the cash back I'd receive! I raised a claim with Top Cashback but nothing has happened un almost a year despite endless nudges. No communication from either Top Cashback or Thomas Cook. Useless all round and feel duped as I could have got it cheaper without factoring in the cash back. Very disappointing.

Fantastic cashback offer - booked the hotel through Thomas Cook website which was very competitively priced anyway, and with the 8%+ Cashback, made it the best price available on the web. Tracked within 24hrs, payable within 2 weeks - Brilliant! Highly recommended
