	Wow This was fast. Booked 9th May Now Payable 24th May. 15 days to go payable. Fastest ever. Shame a lot of other companies are not this fast?

	Well completely unhappy with TopCashBack and Thomas Cook - booked a holiday in Tenerife back in Sept 2013 for Feb 2014. Was expecting around £50 cashback. Nothing appeared, raised a claim and after 9 months of chasing Thomas Cook declined the cashback for which was a perfectly valid booking. Not impressed. Will be looking to use other cashback sites in the future as this is NOT the 1st time I have had perfectly valid claims dismissed by the retailer.

	Booked a holiday last July for my terminally ill wife. Used Topcashback but it didn't track - finally they have declined cashback saying I used another site. They too almost 10 months to decline - they are rubbish - don't use them

	Tracked 3 separate holidays (booked for parents as well) within 3 months now have 250 towards holiday money in bank which is always a big help brilliant. Will use and have used again

	if you book your holiday over 5 months in advance you wont get anything despite what shows up..... stop being naive on this site AND ONLY POST REVEIWS ONCE MONEY IN YOUR ACCOUNT!!!!!!!

	Cashback didn't track initially so had to put in a claim, which has become payable within 12 weeks of booking. Almost £300 back is not to be sneezed at, so am a happy customer!

	Tracked immediately, but was then declined, have complained and raised a ticket, if they still do not pay what they owe I shall never use Thomas Cook again and I am one of their shareholders!!!

	Booked our hotel last night, which tracked after an hour. Found a 10% off promo code and got the 8.5% cash back offer so in total £35 saved on a £200 hotel! Less than 24hrs after booking it became payable!!

	IVE BOOKED TWICE WITH THOMASCOOK THROUGH TOP CASH BACK. FIRST TIME I HAD PROBLEMS ,I ENDED UP DEALING DIRECT WITH THOMAS COOK VIA THEIR ONLINE FORUM,THEY SORTED IT OUT VERY QUICKLY. I DIDNT RATE TOPCASH BACKS HELP!....SECOND TIME WENT THROUGH WITHOUT A HICCUP.....CLAIMED BACK £250 UP TO NOW ON ROOM ONLY BOOKINGS. THE RATES THAT ARE OFFERED CHANGE QUITE OFTEN.I GOT BACK 11%.!

	Very impressed. Booked on 19th January for travel in September, cashback tracked quickly, and payable 4th March. We've only paid the deposits, and don't travel until September! Many travel retailers don't pay until you travel so I'm very impressed. I never seem to have trouble with TCB. Maybe because I follow the instructions to the letter...

	Absolute rubbish - owed £400 from July 2013 and 4 nudges to Topcashback have produced nothing. The are plenty of travel companies that pay the cashback they offer quickly. If you want cashback don't Thomas Cook It!

	I booked a holiday for over £5400 in Oct 13, should earn a cashback of £216.34. After two weeks of it not tracking I submitted a claim which was forwarded on 29 Oct 13 by TCB. Since then I have sent a nudge on 26 Nov 13,6 Jan 14 and 7 Feb 14 with no response from either Thomas Cook or TCB. I do understand that it can take months to pay out but it has not even tracked, which is why it is so disappointing that TCB after 4 months have not had the courtesy to come back to me. I will keep sending nudges until it is resolved.

	Booked a holiday in June 2013 with Thomas Cook did not track. Raised this with Topcashback. Had a reply back from them back in October - tracked in November but not yet payable. Ready for the next holiday but willing avoiding Thomas Cook. Not having much luck with Topcashback either at the moment.

	Booked hotels through Thomascook in Oct 13 and Dec 13. Cashback never tracked on both transactions.Have submitted manual claims for both and am still waiting. Don't use Thomascook if youre hoping to get cashback.

	Booked hotel only through these at the beginning of October. Still awaiting for it to be tracked never mind paid. Strange as there sister company hotels4u was paid within 4 weeks. No help from topcashback either since October

	I holidayed in April 13 and haven't received my cash back, if I'd known the accommodation was available with a different supplier, quite disappointing for a major company and even a bit more insult to injury to find so many other topcashback users having no problems.
