booked several hotel rooms for more than 6k through thomas cook,although you are not supposed to factor in the cahsback amount in a purchase this is what swayed us when booking with them and they know this will be the case for most people. cahback didnt track, we have put in a claim but hold out no real hope of this being honoured, as far as i am concerned this amounts to a form of fraud as they entice you to book with them with the offer of a large cashback on purchase, but clearly have no intention of honuring. will NEVER use thomas cook again because of this and take our business elswhere,

Booked in October, still waiting on cash back despite being chased. Asked for reference numbers, sent them and then they disappeared from the radar. Not Top Cash Backs fault but wouldn't recommend Thomas Cook for cash back as a result

Booked hotel back in September didn't track had to put in manual claim still nothing, I see they are offering increased cash back today 15.15% what's the point when they don't track it or pay it please TCB sort this out!

Booked our honeymoon on the 14th May last year and it did not track. Submited a manual claim and 7 months later still no cashback. AVOID !!

I booked a holiday whilst the 12.12% cashback offer was running. This was in September, it didn't track and since then TCB have contacted Thomas Cook and they have not dealt with it. VERY disappointing. I don't really see the point of advertising a much hgher % return on your TCB if it never tracks. It feels like I have been stung (whether thats true or not) I feel like TCB are doing all they can but to hear nothing at all since September on this from a major high street chain is disappointing.

Excellent service all round. Was initially not tracked, but after submitting a claim, it was processed and made payable quicker than other cashback puchases (under 2 months).

Booked 2nd holiday this year with Thomas Cook and yet again it hasn't tracked. Will be at least a month before I hear anything. TCB are excellent with dealing with them but something isn't right when this happens. I wonder if Thomas Cook's difficulties are causing this problem.

Brilliant! Great holiday at bargain price and cashback too. The cashback has become payable after just 2 months. Well worth the wait and absolutely no hassle. Would definitely recommend.

Tried to book package with TC. Kept refusing credit card. Advised by TC that you cannot use TCB to book holiday. Tried again going directly to TC and card refused again. Eventually booked over the phone. Whos wrong TCB or TC ? Anyone booked recently ?
