Cashback not tracked - nor have they accepted my claim, yet I have a fully booked and paid for holiday. Would not recommend.

Cashback didn't track. Thomas Cook rejected claim. It is impossible that affiliate money went anywhere else, so just a giant swindle from Thomas Cook

Bought and paid a package holiday on the 14th September and it tracked at £61.88, however 4.2% of £2,357.48 is £99.01 so I am awaiting on £37.17 (plus topup) from the merchant. No contact as of yet, however I see this going to be a long chase for nothing. Strange that it tracked but didn't track correctly I recommend that people check their percentage. At least three quarters of it has tracked anyway.....

I've booked a hotel in May of 2013 through Thomas Cook website, but hotel voucher has been issued on Hotels4U (part of Thomas Cook empire). Unfortunately no cashback tracked. I have logged a claim topcashback.co.uk to chase them and finally got paid (October 2013)...

I spent just under £3000 with Thomas Cook in March 2013 and despite lots of emails and raised issues with topcashback have still resulted in loads of excuses but still no payment! Really disappointed in the response from both topcashback and Thomas Cook. I wish I had used another cashback site and maybe another holiday provider.

From the first instance - NO cash back tracked on a £3521 package holiday with Thomas Cook. I have now logged to request booking tracked. However feel that this is very poor customer service and I should not have to as it is evident(and listed) that I went straight to Thomas Cook to book - however not tracked. MMMmmm Beg to question if this is actually real and works. V Poor! Would I recommend = NO!

Fantastic provider. Not only are their holidays great and well put together and supported, the cashback tracked within the hour and has cleared this morning within 2 months of initial purchase. A no brainer if you are jetting off!

Was slightly dubious after reading older feedback that I would receive the cash back but took the gamble anyway. Pleased to say it tracked straight away and received after about a month. Very, very pleased, will pay for extra treats while we are away. Would definitely use again.

Cashback has now been received 6 months after purchase. The claim didnt track properly and I submitted a support ticket. I recieved feedback every so often but did receive a message saying it had been denied. However, a few weeks later they sent a cashback offer via the support system. It took a while and wasnt obvious what was going on, but cashback did finally arrive

Terrible with coming forward about the cashback. Now two seperate holidays I have booked and nothing has appeared in my account. I have had to manual claim for both, they better pay out as I am not willing to back down!!

I booked a hotel and it didn't track so I had to put in manual claim still nothing, I can see they are offering increased cash back but whats the point when they don't track it or pay it as they say they can not confirm whether the purchase was done through topcash back! Get it sorted thomas cook!

Cashback not paid!!! It failed to track, tcb chased it but it was declined Thomas cook said they are unable to trace it even though I've paid for holiday in full. Happy with tcb disappointed with Thomas cook, won't be booking anymore holidays with them. They shouldn't sell through a cashback site if they don't want to pay it.

Tracked very quickly, just in an hour after booking. Increased rate was good but expiring soon. Didn't rate on the merchant customer service, quality of product received and TCB's service with respect to Thomas Cook as haven't travelled yet. So we shall see if cashback will be awarded, hopefully very soon!

took 5 months to payout,after putting in a claim.the cashback is very welcome but takes far too long to payment.this will put me off using this merchant again. other cashback sites are much quicker for payment.tcb need to get a grip.

Just wanted to give everyone an update cashback finally paid but only after I contacted Thomas Cook via getsatisfaction.com cashback was in my account within 2 hours this was after waiting since September and manual claim submitted please TCB print this review do others can get help.

Just an update from my previous comment was fed up of waiting for the manual claim I submitted in Sept googled Thomas cook TCB dept found this website as follows http://getsatisfaction.com/thomascook/topics/topcashback_problem Lots of people having same problem so put a comment on there with details of booking got a response saying they would investigate in 5 mins within 2 hours TCB emailed just had to accept offer (right cashback expected) and money was in my account :):):) so give it a go it might just work !
