Had to submit a claim which was resolved very quickly. However, holiday has been and gone and cashback still sitting in "Confirmed" column 4 months after purchase. Will have to wait and see. No problems with the product though ;-)

I have waited months for this cashback which is substantial and the holiday was paid upfront in full. The holiday has been and gone and yet still nothing paid. Has put me off using them again considering this was a v expensive holiday

I have purchased holidays from Thomas Cook a few times from your site. The experience in each instance has been the same:-
1 Failure to acknowledge I have even made a booking
2 I had to make a claim through your site each time to claim the cash back I was entitled to
3 Thomas Cook was very,very slow to release the money on each occassion into my bank account

tracked quickly, 7 night trip to vegas cheapest price found offline and online for our requirements, plus web and cashback .excellent.... shame the virgin pilots might scupper our trip!!

Thomas Cook (online) offered the best deal for the holiday I wanted, and got a decent cashback. Pending within week of purchasing (16/4//11), and confirmed within 6 weeks. Due to be payable end of June, I'd guess that's after the date for cancelling holiday.
so if you are going for cashback and have read some of the other comments re taking time, think about when you've booked your holiday for.
