Nice size cashback, had to submit manual claim after transaction failed to track, all sorted by Topcashback within a week. Cashback now showing.

I submited a missing claim form to Topcashback two weeks ago and the money has now been added to my earnings. Perhaps you should do this and Topcashback will chase it for you. :)

having exactly the same prob with the cashback not tracking. Spent over 2 grand on a holiday and no cashback. Have now waiting the necessary time and submitted claim. Not a very good experience for me : (

Very happy with this retailer. Holiday booked on 14/02/10 and tracked next day. Confirmed on 06/04/10 and payable on 29/04/10. Just hope the volcano keeps quiet before we go and for when we are due back.

Was hoping to get the 3% for Online purchase Flight + Hotel Package but only got the 2% for Online purchase Holidays. Better than nothing and the cashback almost covered the cost of the credit card fee TC charge when booking so not too shabby.

Thomas Cook link doesn't ever work. Same on other cashback sites. Not sure it it's Thoma Cook or Trade Doubler. Very, very annoying, was booking family holiday and lost out a lot of cashback.

I don't know if it's a fault of your website but each timne I tried to 'Transfer to Merchant' I just got the message 'click(GIF Image, 1x1 pixels)'. In the end I had to log direct on the merchants website and lose the cashback.

Tracked very quickly so will see how long it takes to be confirmed. Would use Thomas Cook again as Thomson still has not tracked after nearly 4 months.
