Failed to track. Submitted claim. Note that your query will be frozen until you have taken your holiday (to ensure that you do not cancel). Back from hols on 19 October. Still waiting for Thomas Cook to respond as of 3 Nov.

The only thing I need to comment on is I had to submit a claim for the cashback due as it didn't come through automatically. I am still awaiting confirmation of the cashback from Thomas Cook - 18/10/10

I had to ask top cashback to request the cashback incentive as it was not given by thomas Cook. It is now pending thanks to top cashback.

TCB sorted with a few weeks. cashback still not confirmed from Thomas Cook yet.

Didn't track, but TCB dealt with the claim quickly, and it's now pending. Great experience with TCB, not so good with Thomas Cook.

I needed to book accomodation in spain, would not have looked at Thomas Cook if it had not been on cashback site.
Was quick and simple to book and i have got paid for doing it, bonus!
When looking at check in time emailed Thomas Cook who responded quickly
Will use again.
