Cashback declined as usual. Had to place 5 different orders as the website wouldn't let me place gift orders (at Christmas!). Sent wrong plants and to be honest I just can't face ringing them again. My sanity is worth more than the little cashback they declined. Looking for a different seller for next Xmas.

I was careful to order fully online as per the T&Cs. retailer has refused cashback twice. dont list as offering cashback if the retailer will just refuse. no issue with items ordered, just falsely offering cashback.
