Wasn't too impressed with their delivery service. Having ordered goods at the weekend their standard delivery is 3-5 working days but their first delivery date was on the Friday (more than 3 days away), so I paid extra for guaranteed delivery, first date available was the Friday anyway! When I got my order, there were items missing and no note or email to say they were to follow. I had to spend 15 minutes on the phone to them arranging to have the missing items forwarded to me. Not the best customer care I've seen! I wouldn't order online if you're in a hurry for the goods! Having said that cashback tracked ok and the free hamper is on it's way - it's currently out of stock with no eta. Cashback payment won't be available for 3 months though!!!

Have used Thorntons website several times. They have some good offers via the web but they always seem to mess up the order & get it wrong !
If you call customer services they will sort it out but it shouldn't happen in the first place.
