Hi, It sounds as if you need to submit a Missing Cashback claim. Perhaps the use of the voucher code affected tracking of the cashback. Often, when phoning retailers, the members of staff on the phone won''t have heard of the cashback (affiliate marketing) deals set up by their marketing departments. We ask that people please don''t contact the merchants as it tends to cause confusion and at worst, might even cause the retailer to halt their cashback programme.
