	Fake, they just don't want to pay the £80 cashback. Didn't track, and tried to claim back the cashback, however even you have provided them the exact company name, the vendor can still said they don't have your company name. I will close the bank account and never come back to them.

	Don't count on the cashback I've been using topcashback for several years with many successful cashbacks. For a few that didn't track, customer support could sort it out. Not for the Tide. Even though I ensured I clicked through offer links, I didn't use any vouchers or other offers etc etc I was refused payment as apparently it didn't track me but someone(?) else but they cannot see who. In other words, like the others already said - scam.

	Another scam cashback As with m any of the other reviews - did not pay. No specific reason given - just the generic, irrelevant 'network did not identify you as last referral'. Needless to say I'll be moving my business elsewhere

	Didn't pay the £80 as per other reviews Took months of chasing and then came back with "the network has not identified ourselves as the last referral to the merchant’s site and this transaction" which is nonsense.

	Eventually paid out after raising claim Initially this didn't track, but I raised a claim and to my great surprise it did pay out. The whole process took around 4 months

	Don't bother, they don't pay I registered my business and invested a significant sum but they refused this for a mere £80. Really poor from Tide and as you can see from the other reviews, not uncommon. Shame from them

	Good interest rate on business savings, cashback did get paid I was going to sign up for this anyway given the high interest rate on business savings - was a bit hesitant given the reviews here, but I did get paid out the £80 cashback in the end; had to raise a claim but it was added fairly quickly.

	Tide should be removed from TopCashback Based on the reviews I'm not the only one who has been waiting for cashback from Tide for well over 1 year. The claim is still active. I think it's clear Tide should be removed from the platform considering the approval rate of this merchant is so low.

	Terrible Clicked multiple times, account approved, deposited double then what was required and even after multiple clicks so they can't lie after it still hasn't tracked! I turn off adblock, accept all cookies, turn off security software. I know I'll have to submit a claim and they'll make me wait 7 months before rejecting. Useless. Always be skeptical of the ones that advetise high cashback amounts as they're the least likely to pay out.

	Still waiting Reading the other reviews here I expect the same will happen to me. Tracks at £0.00 and then goes payable at £0.00 - Of course I have had to raise a claim on TCB and I am still waiting! Not impressed!!

	When it comes to the big cashback never pays Ignore the fake 5 star reviews. You won't get paid despite following all the steps they always use the same excuse "Regrettably, your claim has been declined. This is due to the network agency not identifying TopCashback as the last referrer for your transaction". Quit lying. If only they allowed screenshot evidence to be uploaded with a claim but they don't because they know they would get destroyed because they would have to pay out.

	Declined cashback did not receive cashback from retailer despite following all the necessary steps of making sure that I did not divert from clicking the button and ensuring the transaction completed - seems as if other people are having the exact same problem with the cashback being declined. Poor customer service regarding TC when dealing with the claim

	Avoid Please avoid them as they do not pay out despite putting in a missing cashback claim. They stated I used another referral system which is why they cannot pay but that is not true.

	Rubbish As per most of the other reviewers, I waited over 4 months to hear back for a cashback claim only to by told "our claim has been declined as the network has not identified ourselves as the last referral to the merchant’s site and this transaction". Definitely seems like something snidey is going on with this merchant.
