Tracked very quickly. Good quick reponse from their customer services when I emailed to cancel free trial. (didn't like magazine). Am expecting cashback to disappear but great customer service. Always worry about cancelling these free trials in case you get stuck with it.

Excellent, although not for me and only received 2 free issues I guess they stopped them because I cancelled after receiving the first one, not bad for a tenner! Just sent an email to cancel, without any problems.

hmmmm i cancelled like it said to do but i am still receiving copies of the mag. can see myself ending up having to cough up for subscription here. but cashback tracked quickly and paid up in good time.

very dissapointed with tcb, have sent 3 nudges since i was told they would chase this for me as it did not track on 7 july.last i heard from tcb was 24 july, nothing since then despite the nudges. this is not on.come on tcb please give me some help with this.
